The precise measurement of the flow rate of electrically conductive liquids or slurries in closed pipelines can be achieved with an electromagnetic flow meter. The electromagnetic flow meter is well-known for its dependability and performance. Because it has minimal obstructions, there is no additional pressure drop across the meter. They require no maintenance because they are devoid of moving parts. The meter can measure the electromagnetic field (EMF) created when conductive liquid passes through the magnetic field it creates by using Faraday's equations of magnetic induction. The density, viscosity, and corrosiveness of the liquid being measured have no effect on the electromagnetic flow meter's performance.
1. Accessible via line.2. Dimensions: 10 NB to 600 NB.3. Universal power supply: 90 V AC to 265 V AC.4. Bi-Directional flow assessment with built-in totalizer. 5. Intrusion prevention: IP67, optional IP68 sensor.
1. Measures bidirectional flow of liquids with conductivities greater than 5 μS/cm.2. Offers exceptional price/performance ratio for various industrial applications.3. Features backlit LCD indicator for alarm messages, totalized volume, and flow rate.4. Offers wide range of standard inputs/outputs and communication interfaces.5. Housed in an IP67-rated aluminum casing.
Insertion, in-line, and low flow electromagnetic flow meters are the three most used varieties. The application's requirements and the necessary data will determine which one to select.
